Provo is a recruiting home.
A big share of the Benta team comes out of Provo and BYU. Recruiting calls and interviews happen by phone and in person, and our Rexburg headquarters is a few hours up the road. During the summer season, teams travel to the markets we sell in, so the job starts in Provo but the summer happens on the doors.
Door-to-door pest control sales.
You knock doors in residential neighborhoods, sign homeowners up for a pest control service plan, and earn commission on every contract. No hourly wage, no draw, no ceiling. The season runs about twelve weeks.
- Commission only and uncapped. Earnings scale with effort, coachability, and consistency.
- 2 to 3 week bootcamp before you operate independently: pitch practice, role play, ride-alongs.
- Morning training and nightly debrief, every working day.
- Year-round mentorship after the season: monthly 1:1s, leadership cohorts, a reading list, and an open line to leadership.
No experience. Real hunger.
Most of our first-year reps have never sold anything. We hire for coachability and character, then train the rest. If you're at BYU and want a summer that pays for who you become, talk to us before you sign anywhere else.
Parents have questions too. We wrote them an honest page: the parent FAQ covers safety, housing, costs, pay, and schedule.
