This Privacy Policy explains what information Benta Marketing LLC ("Benta," "we," "us") collects through bentapest.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
Who we are

What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a limited set of technical signals about how the site is used.
- Application form: name, phone, age, email, sales experience level, and an optional short "why" response.
- Communications: if you text, call, or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site). We do not use this data to identify you individually.
- Hosting logs: our host, Cloudflare, records IP addresses and request data for security and performance.
How we use it
- To contact you about your application and the summer program.
- To answer questions you've asked us.
- To improve the website and our recruiting process.
- To comply with the law and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party advertisers.
Who we share it with
- Formspree (form submission processor). Routes application form data to our recruiting inbox.
- Google Analytics 4. Aggregated usage analytics.
- Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security.
- Google Workspace. Email infrastructure.
Each of these vendors has its own privacy practices. We only use established providers with reasonable security standards.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies to support analytics and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some metrics won't be recorded. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
Text messages and calls
When you submit the application form or text us, you consent to receive responses from Benta Marketing at the phone number or email you provided. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts, or ask us by email or phone to stop contacting you.
Your choices
- Access or delete your information: email recruiting@bentapest.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
- Opt out of analytics: use a browser extension or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- State-specific rights: if you live in a state with privacy laws (California, Colorado, Utah, and others), you have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us and we'll honor them.
Children
Benta Marketing recruits adults. The application form requires applicants to be 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
