The site is informational
This website is a recruiting and information resource. Submitting the application form or contacting us is not an offer of employment, and our reply is not a guarantee that you will be hired. Any employment relationship is established only when both parties sign a written rep agreement at the start of a season.
Earnings disclaimer
Door-to-door pest control sales is a commission-only role. There is no base salary, draw, or guaranteed minimum income. Any references on this site to earnings, including phrases like "uncapped commission" or stories of top reps clearing a year of income in a summer, describe what is possible for individual high performers and are not a promise of typical or expected earnings. Your actual earnings will depend on your effort, coachability, consistency, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Past results do not predict future earnings.
